The finished Champions Club connects architecture, furnishings, culinary service and graphics. RKD EXP shaped the concept and visual direction; National Structures, Illusions and Rosemary’s brought their disciplines to the delivery.
03 / THE GUEST EXPERIENCE
A race weekend becomes personal when guests can step into it. In Miami, the Champions Club podium turns a familiar motorsport ritual into a moment to share.

A concept study for Scottsdale: turn a functional arrival into a considered experience through material, light and architectural rhythm.
The collection develops contrasting light and dark palettes, entry portals, façade treatments and lighting moods. The entrance brief preserves the existing tent, canopy and ticket-booth positions while reimagining how guests arrive.

04 / UI, UX & DIGITAL PRODUCT DESIGN
I turn complex workflows into interfaces people can understand and use. Across operational software, spatial configurators and branded websites, I connect user journeys, visual hierarchy and interaction design, from early prototypes to working products.
Make priorities legible. Keep context visible. Give people a clear next action.
Repeat interaction patterns. Let typography, imagery and color express the brand.
Connect states and guide attention. Keep pacing deliberate and controls available.
OPERATIONS / DESIGN TO DELIVERY

A clear starting point connects inventory, schedules, approvals and responsibilities in one production workspace.
Project Flow turns scattered production information into a readable interface: priorities, ownership and approval states stay connected to the design reference. The UI supports a team’s next decision and carries design intent into delivery.

SPATIAL CONFIGURATION / 3D INTERFACE

Project context and configuration controls frame the 20m × 60m model, keeping the workspace and the structure connected.
Contextual controls and a three-dimensional model make structural options visible. The journey moves from configuration to wireframe inspection to a technical plan, connecting interface clarity with the detail needed to build.

WEBSITES / DIGITAL EXPERIENCES
Pick a digital product. Enter a world. Web apps, SaaS, e-commerce and branded websites, each with a distinct visual voice, with purposeful navigation, clear hierarchy and a next step people can find.
06 / INTERACTIVE ENVIRONMENTS
UI and UX extend beyond the screen. Touch, physical objects and digital content become one encounter: an action reveals content, and the interface responds in the room. I connect the visual language, interaction and physical setting. All made in-house using off-the-shelf components.

07 / LEADERSHIP
I’m Joel Tarasiuk. I set a visual direction, connect UX with expressive design and build the team that can carry an ambitious idea into a working experience.
Since 2014, I’ve built RKD EXP into a 20-person multidisciplinary studio spanning experiential design, branding, digital, fabrication, print and activation. I mentor talent, introduce tools and workflows, and carry creative consistency across the RK Group portfolio. My role connects client vision, visual direction, technical documentation and the people responsible for delivery.
My UI/UX foundation runs through medical learning tools at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine and e-commerce modernization at Team Express. I partnered with physicians to improve usability and clarity, then collaborated with creative and development teams on high-fidelity prototypes and custom web applications. Today, I bring that practice into products I design and build, from interface exploration to implementation.
